Brazil distinguishes itself from other coffee-producing countries in that it utilizes the dry processing method.

The natural processing method involves collecting coffee cherries and placing them on raised beds above the ground, allowing air to circulate from all directions. The cherries are then exposed to the sun for several weeks while being continuously turned until they dry. After that, the coffee is collected, and the dry outer layer is removed from the beans.
