Ideal base for mango ice-cream, ipercreamy without milk derivated.

Ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose powder, Dehydrated mango, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated powder syrup, Color: Beta Carotene, Acidity Regulator: Citric acid monohydrate, Malic Acid, Flavors, Additive (Xanthan gum, Acid gum, Guar gum), Emulsifiers: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acid, Propane. 1.2 dicesters of fatty acids, Sodium potassium and Calcium Salts of fatty acids.

Dosage: 1260gr Snappi Mango – 2600gr Water

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Pour the product directly in to clean bucket. Add water in the amount described. Once mixed, freeze.

Keep in a cool and dry place + 10°C/ + 25°C
