Description

Use : 

It is used as a beverage. It is prepared with milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water.

Drink 200 ml (1 cup) of milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water; 30 gr Dark Chocolate Drink Powder (3 heaping teaspoons), sugary, thick consistency. 25 gr Dark Chocolate Drink Powder (2.5 dessert spoons on top), medium sugar, medium dense consistency. 20 gr Dark Chocolate Drink Powder (2 heaped teaspoons), less sugar, less dense.

For 1 liter of milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water;150 gr Dark Chocolate Drink Powder (6 tablespoons heaping), sugary, thick consistency. 125 gr Dark Chocolate Drink Powder (5 heaped tablespoons), medium sugar, medium dense consistency. 100 gr Dark Chocolate Drink Powder (4 heaping tablespoons) with less sugar, less dense consistency.

For 10 liters of milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water;1.5 kg Dark Chocolate Drink Powder with sugar, dense consistency. 1.25 kg Dark Chocolate Drink Powder medium sugar, medium dense consistency. 1 kg of Dark Chocolate Drink Powder with little sugar, less dense consistency.

Note: 1 teaspoon is measured as 10 gr on average, and a tablespoon is measured as 25 gr.

Preparation of:

Dark Chocolate Drink Powder is prepared in desired size with cold milk or water, and it is cooked by stirring continuously in a medium-motion cooker. Care should be taken not to burn during cooking.

Preparation in the Machine:

If it is to be prepared in a rotating, heated machine, first cold milk or water is added, then Dark Chocolate Drink Powder is added on top. The machine is started. When the mixture reaches 80-90 ºC in the machine, it is served. It is a service recommendation.
