Brazil has been one of the world’s largest coffee producers for over 150 years, with coffee farms covering around 27,000 square kilometers of the country. Brazil distinguishes itself from other coffee-producing countries in that it utilizes the dry processing method.

The Ice fermentation processing is the coffee maintains a temperature lower than 22 degrees Celsius and is then frozen for 72 hours. It is then placed on raised beds and held below 35 degrees Celsius until ideal moisture content is reached for the beans.
